These Terms of Use govern your use of the Crux iOS application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Crux is a personal productivity app that helps you block distracting apps and build focus habits using Apple's Screen Time framework. You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
Crux offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase ("Crux Pro") that unlock full access to the App's features.
Crux uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time framework to enforce app blocking. You grant Crux permission to use these system features when you approve the Screen Time authorization prompt. All Screen Time data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us.
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that app blocking will be 100% effective in all circumstances (e.g., after OS updates that may affect Screen Time behavior).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
